I run several classes each term with a grounding in Pilates and other techniques.
Classes are £15 and run at the following times. They operate as a block booking for the course, which lasts approximately 8-12 weeks, with breaks for half terms and holidays. In the event of needing to miss a class I will send through a video to follow at home. Please make payment prior to the course starting. If the class you’d like to attend is unavailable, please message me. All classes are taught as a group with small equipment.

Tuesday 9:00 - 10:00am - Pilates and Conditioning
Tuesday 10:15 - 11:15am - Pilates and Core Strength

Pilates and Strength
A mixture of contemporary mat-based Pilates, conditioning and Strength work with weights, bands, and body weight.

Pilates and Conditioning
Mat based Pilates with resistance training and conditioning utilising various equipment from rings to bands to rollers.

Pilates and Core Strength
Mat based Pilates incorporating more modern fitness-based core exercise. Emphasis is on true core stability, technique, and the intention of Pilates.

Yoga
Yoga offers flexibility and endurance but also breath work and meditation to calm the nervous system.
Strength Training Course
These courses run with a maximum of 3 people over 4-6 weeks. They are based on strength and gym work using barbells, dumbbells and cables. They are taught from my home gym and aim to develop strength along with knowledge of utilising gym equipment in any environment. Please contact me to enquire about availability.
